Heritage & Cultural Expressions (HCE) is Thrive4Blacks’ annual cultural program focused on different aspects of Afro-culture, creating opportunities for participants to learn, create, share and celebrate cultural heritage.
Each edition can spotlight a different cultural expression, giving participants new ways to deepen their understanding of heritage while developing creative and practical skills.
