Part-Time Program Coordinator

Coordinate the delivery of monthly in-person Thrive4Blacks programs in Milton, Ontario, supporting approximately 25 participants per session and helping ensure programs are organized, welcoming and effectively delivered.

Role Summary

The Program Coordinator will help coordinate the delivery of monthly in-person Thrive4Blacks programs serving an average of approximately 25 participants in Milton, Ontario.

Programs You Will Support

Youth Leadership Forum Monthly leadership and development programming for youth.

Kids Book & Storytelling Forum Monthly literacy and storytelling programming designed for children.

Key Responsibilities

Support program planning and reporting.
Coordinate with third-party facilitators.
Reserve and prepare program venues.
Ensure program materials are available before each session.
Coordinate refreshments and other participant requirements.
Support smooth program delivery.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable and comfortable coordinating people, activities and program logistics. Experience working with children, youth or community programs would be an asset.
