Our Mission
To equip and connect Black and racialized individuals - especialy children, youth, and families - with the knowledge, skills, and support systems needed to thrive, belong, and lead in Canadian society through culturally grouned education, empowerment, and community integration programs.

We are a Registered Charity Organization focused on advancing the education and empowerment of young people by providing support systems to build the next generation of leaders.
Operations
How We Operate
We operate in Surrey, British Columbia (since incorporation), Milton, Ontario (registered on
07-Mar-2024), and Edmonton, Alberta (registered on 08-May-2024). Milton
and Edmonton each operate with independent Not-for-Profit status under
the same governance structure.

Through our tailored programs, we help kids discover themselves and be able to thrive.
We bring our vision to reality through the following programs

Youth Leadership Forum
A monthly hybrid program to equip Youth (Ages 15 – 30) with leadership skills and mentorship, fostering personal development and preparing them for the future.

Kid's Book & Story-Telling Forum
A monthly hybrid program to promote literacy and imagination through interactive story-telling among Children (Pre-school and school-aged/ 4 – 14), thereby enhancing their love for reading, sparking creativity, and contributing to their overall educational development.

Financial Literacy Workshop
A quarterly hybrid program to empower Youth and Children (delivered separately) with age-appropriate and essential financial knowledge and skills such as budgeting, and wise financial decision-making, contributing to their financial well-being and independence.

Youth Community Engagement Skills Workshop
A quarterly in-person program to empower Youth (Ages 15 – 30) with essential Community Engagement knowledge and skills such as volunteering, events planning, governance, NFP administration etc., promoting community leadership and teamwork, and contributing to their involvement in community building and bonding
